Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Client Operations Analyst to join our team. This role is ideal for a recent graduate with a degree in Finance or Accounting who is looking to start their career in financial services operations. The analyst will support the revenue fee team by maintaining and updating billing information, coordinating with portfolio managers, and ensuring the accuracy of data within the firm's billing platform.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the revenue fee team by maintaining and updating fee and billing information in the firm's billing platform.
Follow instructions from senior team members to ensure timely and accurate updates.
Communicate with portfolio managers and internal stakeholders to gather and confirm billing-related information.
Provide updates on assigned tasks and ensure deadlines are met.
Assist with reviewing and validating financial data related to client fees.
Utilize Excel to organize, track, and analyze operational and financial data.
Maintain accurate records and documentation for operational and billing processes.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
0-1 years of experience (internships or relevant academic projects are acceptable).
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to follow instructions and work in a structured process environment.
Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with internal teams.
Strong willingness to learn and develop within financial operations.
Preferred Qualifications:
Internship experience in finance, accounting, or financial services operations.
Familiarity with financial systems or billing platforms is a plus.
