Position Overview dormakaba is seeking a Product Manager for multifamily electronic locks based in Indianapolis, IN (Hybrid). The Product Manager is responsible for the strategy, roadmaps, and portfolio management of the product line. You will engage with various other teams, including sales, engineering, marketing, and operations, to achieve the strategy and support product performance. HIRING SALARY RANGE: Base Salary $120,000 - $130,000 (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.) What you will do Through market research, with internal and external customers, develop a product roadmap for the given product portfolio Collaborate with the cross-functional teams (engineering, marketing, finance, operations, sales, etc), to align and prioritize resources to the product roadmap Maximize business performance by tracking KPIs and ensuring key growth and profitability metrics are achieved Monitor industry and competitive trends within and beyond the access control industry Enable sales teams with product information and support Ensure product meets quality and performance expectations What we require Bachelor's Degree in Business or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering 3+ years of product management or related functional experience Fluent in English and strong communicator What we prefer Experience working with international and culturally diverse teams 3+ years of product management experience in manufacturing or access control What we offer Taking Care of our Employees on Day One with Medical, Dental, Vision, Life and Disability Insurance coverage options.
