Job Summary : The Contract Implementation Specialist is responsible for executing and supporting the seamless integration of supply chain contracts across the organization. This role ensures that all terms, pricing, and service levels are accurately reflected in operational systems, enabling compliance and performance visibility. Working closely with internal teams, vendors, and IT, the specialist helps optimize contract execution, enhance process efficiency, and advance Inspirity's mission to deliver measurable value through supply chain excellence.Job Description Essential Functions The Contract Implementation Specialist plays a key role in translating strategic supply chain agreements into operational results. This position supports Inspirity's commitment to precision, partnership, and performance by ensuring contracts are accurately executed, optimized, and aligned with organizational objectives. * Contract Implementation: Execute the rollout of new supply chain contracts by accurately entering terms, pricing, and service levels into ERP and related systems to ensure seamless activation. * Data Accuracy & Maintenance: Validate and maintain contract data-including items, vendors, and pricing-to ensure compliance, accuracy, and system integrity. * Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with supply chain, finance, legal, and IT teams to support contract integration, troubleshoot issues, and maintain alignment with operational goals. * Vendor Communication: Coordinate with vendors to share contract requirements, confirm implementation details, and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner. * Process Efficiency: Identify opportunities to simplify and improve contract setup workflows by applying best practices and leveraging available technology. * Reporting & Analysis: Generate and interpret reports on contract performance, compliance, and cost savings to support decision-making and continuous improvement. * Training & Support: Provide guidance and training to internal users on contract terms, system processes, and compliance expectations. * Continuous Improvement: Recommend system or process enhancements-including EDI and ERP improvements-to strengthen implementation efficiency and accuracy. * Compliance Monitoring: Ensure all contract activities adhere to organizational policies, regulatory requirements, and supplier standards. * Other Duties: Perform additional tasks assigned to support Inspirity's commitment to operational excellence and client partnership. Minimum Qualifications * Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or a related field required. * Experience: Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in supply chain operations, contract management, or a related discipline. Experience leading projects or coordinating cross-functional initiatives preferred. * Certifications: Professional certifications such as Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) or Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM) are preferred but not required. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities * Strong understanding of supply chain operations, financial principles, and contract lifecycle management.
