Who You'll Work With Sales M&A Integration works on high impact business outcomes for the Cisco Sales organization. Acquisitions and divestitures are challenging, highly visible, global, and cross functional in nature, requiring strong business acumen and leadership skills to manage effectively. What You'll Do The Sales M&A Integration Program Manager will accelerate the Sales M&A team by effectively project managing active acquisitions and divestitures, owning and driving improvements to business processes and our methodology, supporting change management requirements of each deal, and helping to drive strategy, planning, and execution through story telling via PowerPoint. Additionally, the role will take point to lead the Sales M&A integration work (deal lead) on smaller, less complex deals, alongside the team leader and their peers, in order to provide both scale for the team, and, to better the team's business processes and methodology by doing the work.
The Sales M&A Integration Program Manager will also represent the Sales M&A Integration team, serving as an ambassador and trusted partner to cross-functional integration functions and the Cisco Corporate Development Integration team. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working with ambiguity to prioritize and move forward what is most important while planning the horizon for any risks in workload. Who You Are Minimum Requirements:
10+ years of progressive leadership experience in operations and/or project management Broad knowledge of go-to-market approach: sales coverage model (inclusive of partners), customer segments, industry verticals, geographies, RTM models, and marketing. Project management experience and leading challenging, highly visible, cross functional projects.

Desire to gain a deep understanding of the Sales M&A Integration methodology and business processes to help guide the Sales M&A Integration deal leads and workstream leads through their "runways and boulders" of work while identifying risks and gaps to plan completion. Capability to synthesize data, strategic insights, and planning into cohesive and compelling presentations using storytelling techniques and methods that effectively foster discussion and alignment among colleagues and stakeholders. Capacity to lead efforts for identification and implementation of change, whether that be to improve the efficiency or effectiveness of our practice or to drive deal success. Possess business acumen required to work on special projects based on interest and team's deal load . Attention to detail and ability to execute against tight timelines - thrives in a high paced, dynamic environment. Able to manage and lead all aspects of a program end-to-end: plans, project management, program management, and communications. Ability to motivate change through innovation & process improvement Ability to work effectively in a matrixed environment and conceptualize how program work fits into the "big picture" strategy Exceptional communication, facilitation, and organizational skills, with a strong proficiency in crafting clear and impactful presentations through PowerPoint to effectively align teams and drive program objectives Both a strong teammate and an independent worker, ability to define, lead, and execute work autonomously Microsoft office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) expertise and ability to quickly ramp on other tools and capabilities is crucial, always learning and applying AI platforms/tools/techniques to advance the team's practice as well as their own work

The starting salary range posted for this position is $174,000.00 to $232,100.00 and reflects the projected salary range for new hires in this position in U.S. and/or Canada locations, not including incentive compensation*, equity, or benefits.
Individual pay is determined by the candidate's hiring location, market conditions, job-related skillset, experience, qualifications, education, certifications, and/or training. The full salary range for certain locations is listed below. For locations not listed below, the recruiter can share more details about compensation for the role in your location during the hiring process. U.S. employees are offered benefits, subject to Cisco's plan eligibility rules, which include medical, dental and vision insurance, a 401(k) plan with a Cisco matching contribution, paid parental leave, short and long-term disability coverage, and basic life insurance. Employees may be eligible to receive grants of Cisco restricted stock units, which vest following continued employment with Cisco for defined periods of time. U.S. employees are eligible for paid time away as described below, subject to Cisco's policies:

For non-sales roles, employees are also eligible to earn annual bonuses subject to Cisco's policies. Employees on sales plans earn performance-based incentive pay on top of their base salary, which is split between quota and non-quota components, subject to the applicable Cisco plan. For quota-based incentive pay, Cisco typically pays as follows:
.75% of incentive target for each 1% of revenue attainment up to 50% of quota; 1.5% of incentive target for each 1% of attainment between 50% and 75%; 1% of incentive target for each 1% of attainment between 75% and 100%; and Once performance exceeds 100% attainment, incentive rates are at or above 1% for each 1% of attainment with no cap on incentive compensation.
For non-quota-based sales performance elements such as strategic sales objectives, Cisco may pay 0% up to 125% of target. Cisco sales plans do not have a minimum threshold of performance for sales incentive compensation to be paid. The applicable full salary ranges for this position, by specific state, are listed below: New York City Metro Area: $174,000.00 - $273,900.00
Non-Metro New York state & Washington state: $161,100.00 - $235,300.00
