Exciting REMOTE Project Coordinator Opportunity with Leading 3D Design & Manufacturing Solutions Provider, Hawk Ridge Systems!
(Must be able to work Monday through Friday from 8am - 5pm with an hour for lunch)

As an industry leader for SOLIDWORKS and the Dassault Systemes 3DEXPERIENCE platform, we are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Project Coordinator who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

In this remote role, you will act as a key post-sales partner, ensuring engineering service projects move forward smoothly and efficiently from kickoff through completion. You will monitor the daily progress of active projects, provide timely and detailed updates to Project Managers and stakeholders, and help coordinate logistics, timelines, and documentation to keep everything aligned. By facilitating meetings, distributing clear action items, and maintaining organized records, you will play an essential role in keeping teams informed and projects on track.

You will also support the seamless transition of post-sales details to Implementation teams while ensuring all projects adhere to established frameworks and documentation standards. In addition to maintaining accurate project records, you will provide administrative and operational support to the Enterprise Solutions team and serve as a consistent point of communication for customers throughout the project lifecycle. Your superb organizational and proactive follow-through skills, coupled with your commitment to delivering an exceptional customer experience, will be central to your success in this role.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING IN THE PROJECT COORDINATOR ROLE



  • Monitoring daily progress of active engineering service projects
  • Providing detailed and timely updates to Project Managers and key stakeholders
  • Coordinating project logistics, timelines, and documentation
  • Planning, scheduling, and facilitating meetings, as well as distributing meeting minutes and action items
  • Ensuring projects adhere to established frameworks and documentation standards
  • Supporting seamless handoff of post-sales project details to Implementation teams
  • Maintaining accurate project records and administrative documentation
  • Providing administrative and operational support to the Enterprise Solutions team
  • Delivering exceptional customer communication throughout the project lifecycle


WHAT WILL YOU NEED FOR SUCCESS IN THIS PROJECT COORDINATOR ROLE



  • 3-5 years of experience as Project Coordinator, Project Manager, or equivalent role
  • Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills with strong interpersonal abilities
  • Strong customer service orientation with a proactive, problem-solving mindset
  • Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time management skills with the ability to thrive in dynamic, collaborative environments

  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team



  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment


  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) and the ability to quickly learn new systems
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; BA or BS degree in a related field preferred (or equivalent combination of education and experience)

Hawk Ridge Systems has determined that compensation for this role is between $28.00 - $31.25 per hour and will be based on knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience, and location. In addition to base compensation, we offer a comprehensive total rewards package, including a performance compensation plan generous paid time off, paid parental leave, company 401(k) match, and community service leave.
