The mission of the Colorado Coalition for the Homeless is to work collaboratively toward the prevention of homelessness and the creation of lasting solutions for homeless and at-risk families, children, and individuals throughout Colorado. The Senior Human Resources Business Partner (Sr. HRBP), is an essential function that delivers strategic support and guidance on employee relations and human resources objectives (including, but not limited
to, restructuring business units, workforce/succession planning, employee development, performance, staffing, investigations, championing unit and organizational culture and administering and implementing HR policies). The Sr. HRBP will be expected to establish and maintain an effective level of
operational understanding within their client groups to effectively support. Serving as a partner across the HR function, they also provide hands-on facilitation of programs and projects designed to support employee development, organizational improvement and overall Human Resources initiatives and goals.

    • Valid driver's license required. This requirement may be waived, if necessary, based on overall candidate experience and current needs of the business.

Essential Job Functions
    • Implement HR strategies to support and influence change management that supports business
    • initiatives
    • Develop and maintain a strong business/consulting relationship with members of their leadership
    • team
    • Assists employees and leaders with the interpretation and correct application of company policies,
    • procedures and programs while exercising the highest degree of confidentiality and professionalism
    • Provide support and resolution to employee relations issues by providing coaching and assistance in
    • the areas of investigation, disciplinary action, resolution of workplace disputes, performance issues,
    • and terminations in assigned area
    • Collaborate with Centers of Excellence (COE) such as Total Rewards, Employee Relations and Talent
    • Acquisition to proactively understand business landscape and find solutions to address needs
    • Lead high impact projects to drive departmental and organizational alignment
    • Collect and analyze key metrics to identify trends and recommend strategies for quality
    • improvement across their client groups
    • Maintain professional and technical knowledge of industry and related HR issues to ensure
    • compliance with all federal, state and local laws and regulations
    • Identifies and delivers training on HR policies and procedures to a diverse audience
    • Performs other duties as assigned
Qualifications Summary

    • Familiar with the basic function of HRIS (human resources information systems)
    • Able to ensure accuracy of data management and reporting.
    • Experience
    • 7+ years of human resources and/or leadership experience
    • Demonstrated experience in employee relations and coaching leadership
    • Facilitated training in both in-person and virtual settings
    • Experience in workforce planning preferred
    • Education, Licensure, and Certifications
    • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field from four-year college or university required
    • Certificate in HR Management required (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-SCP etc)
$94,300 - $125,700 a year
WHERE A CANDIDATE IS PLACED IN THE COMPENSATION RANGE DEPENDS ON TOTAL RELEVENT YEARS OF EXPERIENCE
