Description We are looking for a Product Analyst to join our Relationships Squad within the Client Team Digital Products portfolio. This squad is responsible for building and scaling BCG's Relationships & Business Development (BD) product-a next-generation, CRM-powered digital capability that enables Managing Directors & Partners (MDPs) and client teams to build stronger relationships and improve business development productivity. As a Product Analyst, you'll work closely with the Product Owner, engineers, designers, data teams, and business stakeholders to deliver intuitive, high-impact solutions that integrate relationship insights directly into the tools MDPs use every day (e.g., Outlook, Teams, mobile). You will help translate strategic vision into well-defined user stories, support execution across the Agile lifecycle, and ensure releases drive measurable improvements in usability, adoption, and business value. Key Responsibilities: Epic & Story Breakdown: Collaborate with the Product Owner to break down strategic initiatives (e.g., AI-enabled prompts, workflow automation, CRM integrations) into actionable epics and user stories that are clearly scoped and prioritized. User Story Development: Write clear, detailed user stories with well-defined acceptance criteria. Ensure alignment across business goals, user needs (MDPs and client teams), and technical feasibility. Testing: Conduct UAT testing to validate that user stories meet acceptance criteria. Change Management Awareness: Work collaboratively with the dedicated Change Management team. While not leading change efforts, your mindset should support user adoption and smooth transitions. Support Ticket Management: Triage and manage incoming support requests related to the Relationships & BD product. Partner with end-users, Data Operations, and engineering teams to investigate issues, clarify requirements, and drive timely resolution. What You Bring: Experience: 3-5 years in a Product Analyst or Business Analyst role, preferably in a fast-paced, product-focused environment. Tools Familiarity: Experience working with CRM platforms (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce) or enterprise workflow tools preferred. Exposure to CRM integrations (Outlook, Teams, mobile applications) is a strong advantage Additional Skills & Qualifications* Mindset & Skills: Exceptional attention to detail, particularly in writing user stories and validating acceptance criteria Ability to navigate ambiguity and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to translate complex business needs into structured requirements Familiarity with Agile methodologies and product development lifecycle Curiosity about AI-enabled workflows and automation in relationship management contexts Job Type & Location* This is a Contract position based out of Boston, MA. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $50.00 - $55.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
