My customer is seeking highly qualified RTEs to help supplement an array of enterprise product releases in disparate divisions within the org. This is a direct-W2-only role; no sub contractors or C2C resources will be reviewed. This is a long-term effort that will likely convert FTE with solid performance. Top Skills Required: * 7+ years of enterprise systems Agile experience * Deep utilization of Jira and its many components * Experience leveraging Lucidchart * 5+ years of consistent, demonstrable Release Train leadership tenure * Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills * Strong foundational Agile tenure - retros, user stories, epic creation, etc. We have several openings across multiple business lines - great opportunity to get engaged with a customer who converts the majority of its talented consultants to FTE. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Charlotte, NC. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $70.00 - $87.00/hr.
