*Job Description* We are seeking a *Healthcare Receptionist (Floating Role)* to support patient checkin and frontdesk operations across multiple clinic locations. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for patients, many of whom experience chronic pain, and you will play an essential part in creating a warm and welcoming environment. *Key Responsibilities:* * Check patients in and provide direct, inperson support * Gather demographics, verify insurance, and ensure all paperwork is complete * Confirm insurance eligibility using provided systems * Greet patients with professionalism and compassion * Travel to multiple clinic locations as scheduled * Contribute to a warm, positive, patientcentered team culture *Primary home clinic:* Minneapolis or St. Paul *Floating locations include:* Minneapolis, St. Paul, Burnsville, Shakopee, Buffalo, Plymouth, Woodbury, Vadnais Heights, Blaine/Coon Rapids, & Cambridge *Position Details* * *Pay:* $23.00/hr ($47,840 annually) * *Schedule:* Monday-Friday; typically 7:00am-4:00pm * On rare occasions, must be able to stay until 6:00pm * *Hours:* 40 hours/week * *Assignment Type:* Direct Placement * *Work Environment:* Fully onsite, patientfacing *MustHave Qualifications* * *1+ year of medical front desk experience* (medical or dental) * *Reliable transportation* to commute across the metro for floating assignments *Additional Information* * 40 hours/week; schedule varies slightly by day * Mileage paid *beyond normal commute* (IRS mileage reimbursement rate) * Opportunity to make a meaningful impact on patients with chronic pain *Job Type & Location* This is a *Permanent* position based out of *St. Paul or Minneapolis, MN*, with travel required across the metro area. *Pay & Benefits* * *Annual Salary:* $47,840 * *Benefits:* Medical, 401(k), PTO offered *Job Type & Location*This is a Permanent position based out of Minneapolis, MN. *Pay and Benefits*The pay range for this position is $47840.00 - $47840.00/yr.
