Description

Work as an integral part of a dynamic team conducting critical intelligence collection operations with advanced collection systems. This ops team received one of the Intelligence Community's highest awards and was recognized as Team of the Year by Leidos.

Our team is seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual who will thrive in a fast-paced environment, making time-critical decisions under pressure while maintaining a high level of situational awareness. They will be responsible for managing technical resources effectively and communicating clearly with the team. The ability to rapidly incorporate new information into decision-making processes is essential, as well as understanding aircraft survivability and combat mission planning to develop tactics and techniques for countering emergent threats. As a self-motivated individual, they will be able to succeed without external pressure, working in a small, close-knit crew environment where collaboration and coordination are crucial. Good spatial awareness is a requirement for this role. Experience in ELINT (Electronic Intelligence) is desirable, although not essential.

The ideal candidate will be teachable, open to feedback, and adaptable to challenging situations, with a strong eagerness to continually learn and improve. They must be comfortable being a key contributor to the crew's success and able to perform under stress. They must also be comfortable working a dynamic schedule with rotating shift work depending on team size, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Must be a motivated and results-driven individual who is comfortable with the tasks and responsibilities outlined above.

REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) and minimum of 6 years aviation experience. Recent operational experience. TOP SECRET/SCI clearance. Willing and eligible to do a polygraph.

DESIRED SKILLS: Experience as an airborne EWO (Electronic Warfare Officer), WSO (Weapons Systems Officer), ABM (Air Battle Manager), ECMO (Electronic Countermeasures Officer), Naval Aviator/Naval Flight Officer, RPA/UAV Mission Manager/Commander, or enlisted aviation roles with similar high levels of responsibility and decision-making skills. Travel: ~10%. Position does not deploy.

Must possess an active TS/SCI with willingness to obtain a polygraph. Position requires shift work.
