Role Overview TEKsystems is sourcing for a Creative Operations Specialist for a global* fashion client. The specialist will be coordinating, trafficking, and organizing creative work across Video, Retail, Brand, and Ecommerce Marketing. This role ensures the creative engine runs smoothly-requests are captured, timelines are clear, assets move efficiently, and crossfunctional partners stay aligned. It's a blend of project coordination, workflow optimization, and creative team support, grounded in a highenergy, coastalinspired culture. Key Responsibilities Coordinate and traffic incoming creative requests across multiple channels, ensuring clarity of requirements, timelines, and deliverables. * Partner closely with the Creative Project Manager and Asset Specialist to maintain visibility into workstreams and asset movement. * Build and maintain project timelines, status updates, and communication touchpoints for internal stakeholders. * Support the creative project management process, including intake, prioritization, routing, and approvals. * Track progress across Video, Retail, Brand, and Ecommerce creative initiatives, escalating risks or blockers early. * Maintain organization of creative assets and documentation to ensure teams can easily find and use what they need. * Contribute to process improvements that streamline creative workflows and enhance team efficiency. * Uphold brand standards and help ensure creative output reflects the brand's aesthetic and values. * Support broader Creative Operations initiatives as the team scales. Required Skills & Experience * 2-4 years in creative operations, project coordination, marketing operations, or a related field. * Experience working with creative teams (design, video, copy, brand, or ecommerce). * Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fastpaced environment. * Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Monday.com, Airtable, Smartsheet). * Excellent communication skills and comfort working crossfunctionally. * Detailoriented mindset with a proactive, resourceful approach to problemsolving. * Ability to thrive in a highenergy, collaborative environment aligned with an active, lifestyledriven brand. Preferred Qualifications * Experience in retail, apparel, or consumer brand environments. * Understanding of creative production workflows (photo, video, digital, retail). * Exposure to asset management systems or digital asset libraries. * Comfort supporting multiple workstreams with varying levels of complexity. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of San Diego, CA. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $30.00 - $40.00/hr.
