We are excited to hire a Senior Digital Product Manager - CJA in the Experience Evolution team, an individual contributor responsible for leading the product strategy for Adobe Customer Journey Analytics (CJA). This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on execution to accelerate delivery, improve cross-team coordination, and reduce operational bottlenecks. The Senior Digital Product Manager will also support the broader Adobe suite product management team and partner closely with stakeholders across the enterprise to execute on strategic initiatives and capabilities, manage dependencies, define clear roadmaps, and ensure tactical needs are met efficiently with timely, high-quality solutions.

You'll enjoy the flexibility to work remotely * from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges. For all hires in the Minneapolis or Washington, D.C. area, you will be required to work in the office a minimum of four days per week.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Understand Experience Evolution and Consumer Product business objectives and help translate those objectives into tactical strategies and capabilities that can be executed to deliver value
  • Own and drive the roadmap for Adobe CJA for UHC, in close partnership with Optum Enterprise teams and Adobe
  • Demonstrate a solid product mindset using data to drive fact-based decisions, prioritize features and inform go-forward strategies
  • Define and refine requirements with key partners to ensure we are delivering on the capabilities needed to support our business; Participate in planning and engage with the engineering teams to define solutions that meet our requirements
  • Proactively identify risks, remove barriers, and present fact-based options to maintain timelines and quality
  • Be a relationship leader that brings together key stakeholders and partners that support our E2E consumer journey across touchpoints - be the connective tissue to help drive the best, most coordinated capabilities
  • Support Adobe relationships and influence their product roadmap without authority to ensure successful execution
  • Drive communication of key information: scope, timelines, delivery dates, key changes/decisions, etc. to partners across the organization
  • Engage project target audience and communicate project vision, roadmap, and deliverables with key stakeholders, leadership, and project team

Required Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience developing capability documents, creating user features and technical requirements, user stories and other artifacts required for digital delivery and software development
  • 3+ Experience managing backlogs, prioritization and trade-offs
  • Experience with process evaluation and improvement in a digital product
  • Experience working with external vendors and internal stakeholders
  • Solid understanding and passion around Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) capabilities, value, and integration with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP)
  • Familiarity with product management tools and frameworks (e.g., Aha!, Agile).
  • Intermediate or higher level of proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint
  • Proven communication skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to communicate to tailor message based on audience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in the healthcare, retail or finance industries
  • Proven solid communication and storytelling skills for executive audiences
  • Proven ability to manage ambiguity, build trust through transparency and accountability, and influence without authority
  • Proven ability to solve problems and manage multiple priorities

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). No matter where or when you begin a career with us, you'll find a far-reaching choice of benefits and incentives. The salary for this role will range from $91,700 to $163,700 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
