Infor is seeking an Associate Project Manager to support our Learning Portfolio Management team within Infor U. This role guides work through our governance model, coordinates stakeholders, and ensures initiatives progress in a consistent, transparent, and scalable way. An excellent opportunity for someone early in their project management career. A Day in The Life Typically Includes: Support Q+1 planning and roadmap activities by helping track planned vs. committed learning work. Act as a single point of coordination for gathering, organizing, and tracking inputs from stakeholders across Sales, Customer, Partner, and Internal learning organizations. Validate alignment with learning priorities and roadmaps. Create, coordinate, and reinforce consistent ways of working across our teams to improve predictability and decision making. Support the learning intake process, ensuring requests are complete, well documented, and compiled for governance review. Own the tracking of discussions and decisions in team and cross-functional project meetings, capturing outcomes, and managing the actions required for next steps. Identify opportunities to improve governance processes and workflows. Contribute ideas to reduce friction, improve stakeholder experience, and increase operational efficiency. Basic Qualifications: Experience with project management and execution of scope, timelines, deliverables, roadmaps, and stakeholder coordination. Experience with project management tools such as Jira (or similar workflow/backlog tools). MS Office experience, including use of Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook to create project documentation, track schedules and data, develop status reports and presentations, and manage communications. Experience using AI tools (i.e. Copilot Studio) to drive efficiency and provide clarity. Experience managing multiple workstreams while maintaining accuracy and follow through. Legal authorization to work permanently in the United States for any employer without requiring a visa transfer or visa sponsorship now or in the future. Preferred Qualifications: Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, high-growth, rapidly changing environment working with complex projects. Organizational skills and attention to detail. Proactive risk management. Professional business acumen in interfacing with leadership and stakeholders across the organization. Experience in a SaaS company.
