As an Unarmed Patrol Officer with Allied Universal at a tech and telecom location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, complete routine rounds, and stay highly visible to help reduce security-related incidents. You will respond to requests, document observations, and communicate clearly with site teams and visitors while delivering customer service. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out post orders, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a technology-focused location.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of interior areas, loading docks, parking areas, and the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or policy violations.
• Monitor access points and support visitor and contractor processing by verifying identification, issuing badges when applicable, and directing individuals to the correct destination.
• Respond to alarms, incidents, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting actions taken and communicating updates to site leadership and/or Allied Universal supervision.
• Complete routine reports and incident documentation, report maintenance hazards and/or suspicious conditions, and assist with traffic flow and delivery coordination as directed by site procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

• CPR and/or First Aid certification is preferred and may be completed post hire.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
