DESCRIPTION OF WORK

As a Human Services Analyst, you will play a key role in administering Pennsylvania's Medical Assistance Transportation Programs (MATP). You will ensure that consumers across all 67 counties have reliable access to non-emergency medical appointments and pharmacies in compliance with state and federal mandates. Your work is essential to maintaining the Department of Human Services' commitment to accessible health care transit. You will monitor MATP administrators to guarantee regulatory compliance, service quality, and the effective use of funds. Your work will involve conducting desk reviews of polices and subcontracts, as well as facilitating program standards reviews to identify strengths and areas for improvement. You will ensure that all operations meet the high standards required for public service delivery. Additionally, you will develop and deliver training programs and presentations for stakeholders and Commonwealth entities. By preparing detailed reports on the performance of administrators and subcontractors, you will provide the oversight necessary to keep the program efficient and transparent.

- Full-time employment, 37.5 hours per week
- Work hours are 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM (flexible), Monday - Friday, with a 30-minute lunch.
- Telework: You may have the opportunity to work from home (telework) part-time up to 3 days per week. In order to telework, you must have a securely configured high-speed internet connection and work from an approved location inside Pennsylvania. If you are unable to telework, you will have the option to report to the headquarters office in Harrisburg. The ability to telework is subject to change at any time. Additional details may be provided during the interview.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, TRAINING & ELIGIBILITY

QUALIFICATIONS Minimum Experience and Training Requirements:
- One year of professional experience developing, implementing, or evaluating human services, social services, health care services, or health care insurance programs; and a bachelor's degree; or
- An equivalent combination of experience and training that includes one year of professional experience developing, implementing, or evaluating human services, social services, health care services, or health care insurance programs.

- You must be able to perform essential job functions.
