National Grid is hiring an Analyst, Gas Planning and Design Engineering for our Data Analytics & Engineering Controls department in Syracuse, NY. Job Purpose
This position will review, analyze, digitize, and archive natural gas construction records for Gas Asset Management & Engineering projects. This includes analyzing records for assets such as transmission pipelines, regulator stations, and LNG/CNG facilities. The key objective of this position is to process, analyze, and properly archive records related to asset attribute data, assessment data, and installation records. Ultimately, this role will support the adherence to PHMSA guidelines for Traceable, Verifiable, and Complete (TVC) records to ensure that National Grid is running a safe and reliable gas network and meeting code requirements.
