SUMMARY The Administrative Service Coordinator is responsible for providing high-level administrative and customer service support to patients, families, internal team members and providers. The Administrative Service Coordinator provides administrative and operational support for key Heart Institute programs, including the Wellness Program and the Cardiac Neurodevelopment Program. This role partners closely with clinical and program leadership to coordinate events, support program initiatives, assist with scheduling and communications, and help ensure smooth day-to-day operations. Responsibilities include organizing program activities and meetings, supporting multidisciplinary teams, managing program logistics and materials, and helping track program-related tasks and resources. The coordinator plays an important role in enabling clinical teams to focus on patient care by ensuring program activities are well organized, timely, and effectively supported. Shift Heart Institute Wellness Program and the Cardiac Neurodevelopment Program Monday - Fridays, 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS An employee in this position may be called upon to do any or all of the following essential functions. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Education: High school diploma or equivalent is required. Experience: Minimum of two (2) years of administrative and/or customer service experience is required. Equivalency: A relevant Associate's or Bachelor's degree may substitute for required experience on a year for year basis. Certification(s): None Licensure(s): None Salary Information As part of our Total Rewards package, Children's Colorado offers an annual employee bonus program that rewards eligible team members based on organizational performance. If organizational goals are met for the year, the bonus is paid out the following April.
