Responsibilities Peraton is currently seeking to hire a mid-level Quality Assurance Process Analyst for our Corporate Quality organization. This position is hybrid and the selected candidate will report to the Corporate Vice President of Quality. The successful candidate must possess a complete and thorough understanding of Program Management and Quality as well as proven leadership, managerial, and communication skills across all levels of the company. The successful candidate must have a superior ability to establish and nurture an excellent working relationship with all Customers both internal and external and be able to quickly and sufficiently understand the technical domain encompassed within Peraton. In the role of Quality Assurance Process Analyst the successful candidate will;
Perform process and product evaluations (audits) to ensure compliance with company and project established policies, processes, procedures and applicable standards and models (ISO, AS, CMMI-DEV, CMMI-SVC).

Target Salary Range $80,000 - $128,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individual's experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
