As a Security Professional - Retail in Boca Raton, FL, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, complete routine rounds, and stay highly visible to help discourage security-related incidents. You will document observations, communicate clearly with site contacts, and provide customer-focused assistance to employees and visitors. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by following post orders, site-specific policies, and Allied Universal procedures while performing security-related duties.
• Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of the location, including interior and exterior areas, to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or policy violations.
• Monitor access points and observe facility activity; report suspicious behavior, hazards, and/or maintenance concerns to the appropriate contacts.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including contacting emergency services and/or site leadership as directed.
• Document patrols, incidents, and daily activities in written and/or electronic reports, and communicate relevant updates during shift transitions.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Possess a guard card
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
