As we continue to evolve, we're seeking a DTC Producer to help drive the execution of the digital and print marketing experiences that connect customers to the Pendleton brand.

The Pendleton DTC Producer role is responsible for driving the daily, weekly and seasonal offense that powers both the owned digital experiences, email marketing and paid & organic search channels. The role will also support the seasonal production and delivery of the Pendleton consumer print catalogs. This is a crucial role in working across functions within the E-Commerce functions, and partnering with those who support it. Including Merchandising, Planning, Marketing, Creative Services and others. This role will actively manage the weekly go-to-market campaign calendar and projects/activations.

Responsibilities

  • Assembles the seasonal and weekly go-to-market calendars using inputs provided by various stakeholder teams.
  • Track and coordinate key milestones and deliverables such as briefing deadlines, creative review cycles, asset delivery deadlines, and technical assembly, QA and publish
  • Regularly communicates production health across organization, escalating high-impact issues for attention and resolution.
  • Regular input and update of briefing and project tracking information within workflow and project management tools
  • Identifies process opportunities and proposed solutions.
  • Track print production milestones, including creative production, mail file production, print sample press checks, production and delivery.

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 5-6 years of professional experience running production processes in a retail and/or e-commerce environment.
  • Experience with direct-to-consumer print production processes

Tools & Systems

  • Thorough knowledge of creative workflow process and project management software (Jira, Workfront, AirTable or similar)
  • Experience with Ecommerce CMS and operational tools
  • Competency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new project management tools
