  • Ensures overall success of assigned projects including feasibility studies, diagnostic analyses, process improvement.
  • Leads the project team by reviewing activities, facilitating meetings, evaluate and mitigate risk, regularly communicates on the progress and status of projects, and ensures the deliverables are completed successfully, on schedule, and within budget.
  • Establishes a project to define the scope, manage the risk, develop a clear and concise project plan, communicate the progress, and presents the deliverables
  • Applies the prescribed project management methodology to initiate, manage, and complete projects
  • Anticipates and minimizes disruptions created by the project to normal operations and communicates potential problems with relevant managers
  • Aids in the corporation's continuous improvement efforts by identifying opportunities, creating, and implementing process improvements
  • Maintains a thorough working knowledge of industry related material and its application as it pertains to meeting the corporation's goals

Basic Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's degree in Construction, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
  • 6 plus years of project management experience
  • Some travel Required
  • Proficient with Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Experience with project management tools including MS Project and Planview PPM Pro software preferred
  • Knowledge of Office 365 and SharePoint preferred
  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills
  • Strong interpersonal, meeting facilitation, and interviewing skills
  • PMP or equivalent certification a plus
  • Engineering In Training status a splu
  • Professional Engineering License a plus
