Position is responsible for all aspects of global campaign material distribution, leading team members with planning and ensuring each impacted international region achieves global launch targets with planned supply of campaign products.

The manager also leads the team in all part supply life cycle activities for Rapid Service Updates (RSU), Technical Service Bulletins (TSB) and extended warranty actions. As manager, this position requires the ability to identify and mitigate negative impacts to service strategy when alternatives are developed to support quality actions. Utilization of all business tools will be needed to identify strategic improvement opportunities, provide timely and accurate updates to deliver optimal customer service and fiscally responsible management of Stellantis inventory assets.

The goal is to ultimately support our customers with availability of the right part, right place, right time. This critical role leads cross-functional teams to resolve any, and all, issues inhibiting robust supply of parts from external suppliers.

The ideal candidate will lead by example focusing on innovative thinking and demonstrating the ability to challenge the status quo. Experience developing a team, leading with collaboration, mentorship, trust, and developing mutual respect required. In the fast paced role, successful Managers are agile, strategic thinkers who are comfortable developing business plans and presenting to all levels of the organization.

Basic Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's degree
  • Demonstrated ability to lead team to achieve objectives
  • Strong problem solving, analytical ability and presentation skills
  • Agility to manage multiple tasks and initiatives simultaneously
  • Self-motivated, driven to succeed
  • Flexible and comfortable with ambiguity


Preferred Qualifications:



  • Minimum of 2 years of related experience
  • Master's degree
  • Experience working with automotive suppliers
  • Experience with aftermarket supply and/or dealerships
