ABOUT THE ROLE

Red Seat Ventures, in partnership with FOX Corporation, is launching a new membership-based business centered around premium live entertainment experiences. This new venture will deliver curated, high-touch access to sports, entertainment, and cultural events across the country.

We are seeking a highly motivated Creative Marketing Manager to support all marketing and brand execution for this new business. This role is ideal for someone with a background in marketing, branding, or agency work who enjoys building polished, compelling materials and contributing to the development of a new brand's voice and identity.

This is a hands-on, execution-focused role. You will work closely with Sales and Leadership to bring the brand to life across decks, collateral, and live event touchpoints.

This is a fully remote position. We are looking for the right person, regardless of location.

A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Brand & Voice Support

  • Help refine and document brand guidelines in partnership with external creative partners

  • Contribute to shaping the brand voice and visual identity as the business launches

  • Ensure consistency across all sales and marketing materials

Sales Materials & Collateral

  • Design high-impact sales decks and custom pitch materials at the direction of the VP of Sales

  • Create polished PDFs, one-pagers, and marketing collateral

  • Maintain and update core sales templates as the offering evolves

  • Translate business messaging into clean, compelling visual storytelling

Experiential Branding

  • Design in-suite branding pieces and event-facing materials to communicate the offering to prospects

  • Develop signage, printed materials, and environmental branding elements

  • Collaborate with Operations to ensure creative materials are production-ready and aligned with event logistics

Marketing Execution

  • Support launch-related marketing needs

  • Manage creative assets across digital and print formats

  • Maintain an organized system of templates and brand files

WHAT YOU WILL NEED

  • 4+ years of experience in marketing, branding, or agency environments

  • Strong design portfolio showcasing decks, brand systems, and marketing collateral

  • Highly proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Canva, or similar tools

  • Experienced in working within and contributing to brand guidelines

  • Strong typography, layout, and presentation design skills

  • Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously

  • Comfortable taking direction and iterating quickly

  • Interested in sports, entertainment, hospitality, or live experiences

Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay rate/range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience, and location is $102,000.00-120,000.00 annually. This role is also eligible for various benefits, including medical/dental/vision, insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, and other benefits in accordance with applicable plan documents. Benefits for Union represented employees will be in accordance with the applicable collective bargaining agreement.
