BUSINESS INTELLIGENCE ANALYST II The Business Intelligence Analyst II plays a guiding, hands-on role in delivering trusted, scalable analytics across McGough. This position focuses on shaping analytical problems, pioneering dashboard and reporting solutions, and ensuring business-critical analytics are designed with clarity, performance, and long-term sustainability in mind.This role works closely with business leaders, Product Managers, Business Analysts and cross-functional partners to clarify complex analytical needs, identify tradeoffs, and translate evolving requirements into durable Tableau dashboards and governed data assets. The Business Intelligence Analyst II is responsible not only for building analytics solutions, but for ensuring they align with domain objectives, data standards, and enterprise architecture. Reporting to the Analytics Manager, this role operates as an individual contributor. The emphasis is on ownership, quality, and elevating the maturity of analytics delivery across the organization. Employee may be required to visit construction jobsites which may expose the employee to dirt, dust, uneven surfaces, outdoor weather conditions and extreme temperatures. *************************************************************************************************************************************** In alignment with our commitment to pay transparency, the base salary range for this position is $93,000 to $121,000, excluding fringe benefits or potential bonuses. If you join McGough, your final base salary will be determined by several factors, including geography, loca,tion, skills, education, and experience. Furthermore, we place significant value on pay equity among our current team members as part of any final job offer. Please note that the range provided above reflects the hiring range for this role. Hiring near the top end of this range would be atypical, as we aim to allow room for future salary growth. Additionally, McGough offers a comprehensive compensation and benefits package.
