Job Description

Join our team as a Master Production Scheduler, where you'll play a critical role in shaping how products move from plan to production across a global supply chain. In this role, you'll lead the development of a capacityaligned master schedule, partnering closely with Demand Managers, Production Control, and Supply Chain teams to balance resources, meet customer needs, and optimize inventory. You'll work a hybrid schedule at our facility in Milwaukee, WI and report to the Global Supply Planning Manager, Americas.

• Manage Stock Transport Orders to ensure weekly output aligns with S&OP plans.
• Partner with Demand Managers on product mix, NPI material planning, regional market insights, and product phaseout plans.
• Work with Production & Inventory Control Managers to understand capacity constraints and reduce pastdue orders or overtime.
• Collaborate with Production Control Analysts to balance manufacturing orders based on material and capacity availability.
• Manage global safety stock and finished goods inventory using defined planning strategies.
• Develop and update a monthly 18month Supply Plan with Demand Planners for assigned product families.
• Coordinate with global DMI, regional logistics, and OEM planners to address market limitations and support key initiatives.
• Partner with Finance to understand the financial impacts of master scheduling decisions.
• Monitor and improve master schedule accuracy and effectiveness through ongoing analysis and adjustments.
• Track, analyze, and report KPIs; recommend and support plantspecific improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain partners to drive continuous improvement, enhance customer loyalty, reduce inventory entitlement, and increase productivity.

• Bachelor's Degree in Relevant Field.

• Typically requires a minimum of 5 years of related experience.
• A minimum of three years of experience in manufacturing scheduling, analyzing data relating to product forecasting, master scheduling, asset management, or shipment forecasting.
• Demonstrated ability to make sound decisions with limited information by applying prioritybased criteria.
• Proven success collaborating across crossfunctional teams and external partners to support planning or scheduling outcomes.
• Proficiency analyzing data using basic statistical methods to interpret forecasts and identify trends.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills, with a track record of resolving issues independently and influencing teams without direct authority.
• Ability to organize work, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fastpaced planning or productionsupport environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Visio.
• Global business proficiency and understanding.
• APICS - CPIM certification.
• SAP experience.
