Job Summary

Job Description

Oversees daily activities of the plant production operations. Develops and manages production schedules to meet internal volume, cost and quality goals. Drives continuous improvement and optimization of all processes.
Responsibilities & Duties
* Manage the warehouse 3PL opeartation in and outbound transporation in NAR

  • Plan, organize, direct and run optimum day-to-day operations to exceed customer expectations.

* Increasing production, assets capacity and flexibility while minimizing unnecessary costs and maintaining current quality standards.
* Responsibility for production output, product quality and on-time shipping.
* Conduct assessment of plant operational procedures to identify areas of inefficiency and initiate action plan for improvement.
* Inspect and monitor production equipment to ensure they are operational and in good working order for product manufacture.
* Facilitate scheduled equipment maintenance as well as repair/replacement of damaged machinery.
* Monitor the activities of production staff to ensure compliance with set health/safety regulations and procedures.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
* Bachelor's degree in industrial management, business or a related field.
* 5+ years of experience
* Excellent communication, technical and leadership skills.
* Ability to travel as needed.
