Pay Rate: $21.00 per hour

2nd Shift: Monday - Friday | 2:30 PM - 10:30 PM

3rd Shift: Sunday - Thursday | 10:30 PM - 6:30 AM

The Tools for the Trade

• High school diploma or GED required
• 1-3 years of industrial or manufacturing experience preferred (training available)
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and follow technical instructions
• Strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and teamwork skills
• Reliable, safety-minded, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment

What You'll Do on the Line

• Assemble components in departments such as Assembly, CAC, Roll, Fin/Tube, Cuprobraze, and AALS
• Position and secure parts according to blueprints (must be able to read blueprints)
• Fasten parts using bolts, clips, and screws
• Use hand tools to ensure precise fits and remove small amounts of metal when needed
• Operate hammers, rollers, swagers, and measuring tools to complete tasks accurately
• Contribute to safe, efficient, and high-quality production
