Shift: Monday - Thursday | 5:00 AM - 3:30 PM

What It Takes to Roll With Us:

• Basic reading, writing, and computer skills
• Ability to stand up to 10 hours, bend, twist, and lift 50 lbs.
• Strong hand coordination and comfort with repetitive tasks
• Completion of in-house training

The Daily Grind:

• Rotate through various tasks in the production cell (upholstery, framing, cushion stuffing, final assembly, packaging)
• Use tools such as staple guns, drills, glue guns, and other air tools
• Follow specifications and quality standards
• Maintain workflow and scan completed units
