Position Description

The Recruiting & Administrative Assistant II provides advanced administrative and coordination support to the recruiting and HR teams, ensuring efficient hiring processes and accurate HR operations. This role operates with increased independence, supporting higher-volume or more complex recruiting activity while assisting with broader HR administrative functions. The position plays a key role in maintaining organized, compliant, and candidate-focused recruiting operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Independently coordinate recruiting activities, including interview scheduling, candidate communications, and hiring manager coordination.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date requisition, candidate, and interview data in applicant tracking systems.
  • Support onboarding and pre-employment processes by coordinating documentation, background checks, and system access.
  • Provide advanced administrative support for HR processes, including document preparation, reporting, and data management.
  • Serve as a point of contact for routine candidate and employee inquiries related to recruiting and HR administration.
  • Support compliance and recordkeeping requirements related to recruiting and employment documentation.
  • Assist with recruiting metrics tracking, reporting, and process improvement initiatives.
Required Education & Qualifications
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience providing recruiting coordination or HR administrative support with increasing responsibility.
  • Strong ability to independently manage interview scheduling and high-volume recruiting coordination.
  • Experience maintaining accurate data in applicant tracking systems or HRIS platforms.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Ability to communicate professionally with candidates, hiring managers, and HR stakeholders.
  • High attention to detail and ability to maintain compliant and confidential records.
  • Experience supporting reporting, metrics, or process improvement initiatives preferred.
