We're looking for a senior leader who thrives where uptime, scale, and accountability matter. As Sr Manager, Telecom, Mobility & Depot Operations, you'll own enterprise voice, data, mobility, and device services that keep distribution centers and corporate teams running-without interruption. This is a highvisibility role where outages affect revenue, safety, and customer experience, and your leadership directly matters.

This is a hybrid position which will require the candidate to report and work from the office at least three days a week. Therefore, interested candidates should be within a 50-minute radius from Temple, TX.

What You'll Do:

  • Own enterprise telecom services (DIA, MPLS, Broadband, wireless backup, UCaaS, telephony, legacy POTS).
  • Ensure high availability, redundancy, and carrier diversity across critical sites.
  • Serve as executive escalation owner for P1/P2 incidents.
  • Lead enterprise mobility strategy (iPhone, iPad, Zebra) and largescale enablement programs.
  • Oversee centralized depot operations: procurement, kitting, shipping, RMAs, refresh, EOL.
  • Own carrier, UCaaS, TEM, and vendor relationships, contracts, and renewals.
  • Manage a multimilliondollar telecom and mobility budget with cost optimization focus.
  • Lead crossfunctional programs and develop a highperforming operations team.

What We're Looking For:

  • 10+ years in enterprise telecom, mobility, or infrastructure operations.
  • Proven ownership of carriers, large contracts, and vendor negotiations.
  • Experience leading highseverity incidents with executive communication.
  • Strong financial acumen across OPEX, CAPEX, and lifecycle management.
  • Demonstrated people leadership and crossfunctional influence.
  • This position requires the ability to read, write, and understand English at a level sufficient to perform job-related tasks effectively and safely. This includes understanding work instructions, safety protocols, and communications essential to the role. The requirement is directly related to the nature of the job and ensures compliance with workplace safety and operational standards.

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Experience supporting large, distributed, missioncritical environments.
