CHA Consulting, Inc. is seeking a Sr. Water/Wastewater Business Lead to join our Water Team in Buffalo, NY, where you'll provide seniorlevel leadership across complex water, wastewater, and stormwater initiatives. In this role, you'll guide project delivery, mentor and support technical teams, and partner closely with clients to advance resilient, regulatorydriven infrastructure solutions. This is an opportunity to influence technical direction, elevate delivery standards, and help shape sustainable water systems that protect public health and support longterm community growth-while playing a key role in strengthening client relationships and expanding CHA's impact across the region. What You'll Do:
Lead the planning, design and delivery of complex water, wastewater and stormwater infrastructure projects including treatment facilities, pump stations, and conveyance systems, ensuring compliance with regulatory and quality standards.

Salary Range: $170,000 - $185,000 Salary is based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, qualifications, experience, education, licenses, specialty, training, and fair market evaluation based on industry standards.
