As an unarmed Patrol Officer in a busy retail location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, complete routine rounds, and stay highly visible to help reduce security-related incidents. You will greet shoppers and store teams, respond to concerns, and communicate clearly with site partners while documenting observations. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to guests and store associates by following Allied Universal post orders, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities as directed.
• Conduct regular and random foot patrols throughout retail sales floors, stock areas, receiving areas, and exterior perimeters to help to deter theft, loitering, and other security-related concerns.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and checkout lanes for unusual activity, assist with loss prevention observations, and communicate concerns to store management and Allied Universal supervision.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and customer disputes in a calm, problem-solving manner, coordinating with local law enforcement and/or emergency services when needed.
• Complete detailed incident reports and activity logs, preserve security-related evidence when appropriate, and support compliance with store access control procedures for employees, vendors, and deliveries.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Be able to walk and stand for long periods of time.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
