Facilities Space Planner This position requires an active Public Trust clearance. Facility Space Planner The Facility Space Planner is responsible for developing and executing comprehensive strategies for short, medium, and long-term space needs. This role entails creating detailed stacking plans, generating in-depth reports and cost estimates, and collaborating with senior stakeholders to ensure that space utilization aligns with the organization's goals. Proficiency in AutoCAD is a core requirement. Additionally, the candidate must be skilled in developing precise scopes of work for projects such as GSA's Workplace Engagement Services, which evaluate human and space requirements. Compensation & Benefits: Estimated Starting Salary Range for Facility Space Planner: TBD Pay commensurate with experience.
