In this role, you will lead and develop a high-performing team that supports commercial banking clients through loan administration, closings, and ongoing relationship servicing. This role drives operational excellence, ensures regulatory compliance, and strengthens partnerships across the organization. You'll play a key role in shaping processes, developing talent, and enhancing the client experience.

Key Accountabilities

  • Lead and develop a team of Commercial Relationship Specialists and Leads, setting clear expectations and driving performance.

  • Manage workflow, staffing, and priorities to ensure timely, accurate loan administration and portfolio support.

  • Coach and mentor team members through regular feedback, training, and career development opportunities.

  • Drive process improvements to increase efficiency, consistency, and service quality across teams.

  • Ensure compliance with all credit policies, regulatory requirements, and risk management standards.

  • Partner with internal stakeholders including Credit, Loan Operations, and Risk to deliver seamless client solutions.

  • Standardize procedures and promote best practices across regions and teams.

  • Support business growth by fostering strong relationships with sales teams and enhancing the client experience.

Education & Experience

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or equivalent experience

  • 10+ years of commercial banking loan administration experience

  • 7+ years of leadership experience managing teams and people leaders

  • 7+ years of experience with commercial credit, loan documentation, and bank operations

  • Experience with multi-bank loan syndications as Administrative Agent

Preferred:

  • Advanced knowledge of regulatory compliance and risk management practices

  • Experience leading process improvement initiatives across cross-functional teams
