THE OPPORTUNITY Silvus is seeking a Market Development Executive, National Guard / Homeland Defense who will report to the Vice President of North America Sales. The successful individual in this role will serve as Silvus Technologies' senior market-shaping leader for the National Guard / Homeland Defense enterprise. This person will be responsible for influencing capability requirements, building strategic relationships at the General Officer and SES levels, and orchestrating Silvus' long-term growth strategy across National Guard modernization programs. This role focuses on shaping demand and cultivating enduring advocacy for Silvus technologies - enabling downstream capture and sales success by the Business Development and Account Sales teams. This position is eligible for 100% remote work depending on location with a preference for close proximity to key National Guard commands. WORKING CONDITIONS AND PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
COMPENSATION: $200k - $240k / annual base salary plus opportunity for milestone incentives Potential OTE: $240k - 280k / annually This pay range is NOT a guarantee. It is based on market research and peer data and will vary depending on the candidate's experience and qualifications. NOTE - As a US Federal Contractor, Silvus Technologies requires that ALL candidates being considered for employment for any position (regardless of level) MUST be a U.S. Person (permanent resident or citizen). Stricter U.S. Citizen ONLY requirements (needed for some Engineering or R&D roles) will be included in the Required Qualifications section of the posted position.
