Do you see yourself leading a successful construction team? Exclusive Paving is seeking two experienced and upbeat Construction Superintendents to join our team in the Interior of Alaska. We are looking for qualified candidates with proven experience in Alaska DOT projects. The ideal Superintendent will be responsible for planning and forecasting the workforce, materials, and equipment needed to successfully and efficiently execute assigned project(s). This role requires strong leadership, clear communication, and a commitment to upholding all safety standards. The successful candidate will oversee multiple phases of ongoing projects to ensure they are completed on time, within budget, and in full compliance with safety requirements. Candidates must have demonstrated experience with State of Alaska DOT work as well as managing largescale construction operations. Main Responsibilities
Education
Typically requires a bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering or related and 5-7 years of proven ability OR 10 years of proven ability in management of large projects and DOT experience. Skills
