Position Overview The Sr. Operations Delivery Manager leads Operations execution for enterprise programs and complex, cross-functional, multi-site Operations-driven initiatives within a regulated medical device and biotech environment. This role is accountable for translating enterprise program objectives into integrated, executable Operations plans that ensure product availability, compliance, and organizational objectives are achieved. Operating with a high degree of autonomy, the role leads cross-functional teams across Operations business functions to deliver defined milestones, while partnering closely with functional and program leadership to manage risks, dependencies, and tradeoffs and ensure disciplined execution aligned with organizational priorities. Essential Duties Include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Lead complex, cross-functional, and multi-site Operations initiatives, coordinating activities across Operations business functions to achieve defined milestones, readiness targets, and operational outcomes.
- Serve as the Operations Workstream Lead for enterprise programs, owning Operations scope, deliverables, timelines, and execution plans while aligning with overarching program governance and objectives.
- Translate enterprise program strategies into executable Operations plans, ensuring clear scope definition, sequencing, dependencies, and resource alignment across functions and sites.
- Proactively manage Operations-related risks, constraints, and dependencies, driving mitigation strategies, facilitating tradeoff discussions, and escalating issues with clear recommendations to program and functional leadership.
- Drive disciplined execution and transparency through structured operating cadences and reporting, including workstream reviews, milestone tracking, dashboards, and leadership updates to ensure accountability and timely decision-making.
- Support change management activities for Operations initiatives, including new product introductions, process changes, and system implementations, ensuring readiness, communication, and minimal disruption to ongoing operations.

- Ability to work designated schedule.
- Ability to work on a mobile device, tablet, or in front of a computer screen and/or perform typing for approximately 90% of a typical working day.
- Ability and means to travel 50% between local Exact Sciences locations.
- Ability to travel 10% of working time away from work location, may include overnight/weekend travel.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in a field related to essential duties; or Associates Degree and 2 years of relevant experience; or High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) and 4 years of relevant experience.
- 5+ yearsofexperience in Operations, Procurement or Supply Chain organization.
- Experience leading projects and/or project teams
- 1+ years of experience in a biotech manufacturing facility, with cGMP, FDA regulated, ISO13485, and LDT environment and standards.
- Demonstrated abilityworkingin a matrix management organization with primary responsibility for project success while relying on a team of resources outside of reporting structure.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, such as: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, OneNote, and SharePoint.
- Proficiency in project management programs such as Project or Smartsheet.
- Demonstrated ability to perform the essential duties of the position with or without accommodation.

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in life sciences (Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, Engineering) or Business Administration, or a related field as outlined in the essential duties.
- Project ManagementInstitute (PMI)certification.
- Lean Six Sigma GreenBeltcertification.
- Experience with qPCR or NGS assay development, designtransferor product support.
- Experience with supply chain/operations ERP systems.

Salary Range: $91,000.00 - $155,000.00
The annual base salary shown is for this position located in US - WI - Madison on a full-time basis. In addition, this position is bonus eligible.
