POSITION SUMMARY:


This position will support high-volume recruiting for direct labor, non-exempt, and exempt roles, as assigned, and will also provide program support for the Co-op and Intern Program Lead. Responsibilities include representing AtriCure and our brand by attending career fairs and campus events, screening candidates, tracking recruiting activity and candidate data, and supporting offer extension activities. The role partners with hiring managers and interview teams to execute recruiting plans to bring top talent to AtriCure. This role is designed to flex based on business needs and may provide full life cycle talent acquisition for other functions (e.g., Sales, Marketing, Engineering, IT).



ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE POSITION:



  • Manage full-cycle recruiting for assigned roles, including participating in intake meetings, sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating interviews, contributing to interview debriefs, and tracking recruiting and candidate activity for both open requisitions and the Co-op and Intern program
  • Consult with hiring managers and interview teams on all aspects of the recruiting process to ensure accuracy of job postings and to gather competencies and requirements
  • Develop, recommend, and execute various sourcing strategies, such as LinkedIn Recruiter, internet job boards, job fairs, and at times staffing agencies, to attract a diverse and inclusive talent pool
  • Support the Co-op and Intern Program Lead TA Partner by attending career fairs and campus events; promoting the AtriCure employment brand; and coordinating event logistics and materials
  • Promote the AtriCure employment experience and ensure candidates/employees have a positive experience throughout the recruiting lifecycle
  • Perform behavioral, competency and skill-based interviews to assess candidate qualifications against agreed upon position requirements and competencies
  • Provide guidance to supervisors and managers on recruiting process steps, interview best practices, and selection considerations, escalating questions and complex situations to Talent Acquisition leadership as needed
  • Understand and follow Equal Employment Opportunity (EEOC) guidelines related to sourcing and selection
  • Utilize the applicant tracking system in a compliant manner to manage the recruitment process, ensuring a high level of integrity into the system
  • Other duties as assigned

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:



  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant major, or demonstrated equivalent combination of education, training and experience
  • 2+ years of full-life-cycle recruiting experience (high-volume or operations recruiting preferred)
  • Experience using resume databases, internet search tools, and/or social networking to find and attract top talent
  • Demonstrated ability to instill trust, analyze and solve problems, and anticipate the needs of internal customers
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, including the ability to prioritize workload based on business needs and deadlines
  • Excellent presentation skills, as well as oral and written communication skills
  • Team player with willingness to take on responsibility while delivering timely customer service
  • Ability to recognize delicate or challenging situations and exercise good judgment in navigating them with support from TA leadership
  • Outstanding computer skills in a Microsoft environment; working knowledge of HR and ATS systems such as Greenhouse
  • Ability to think and act creatively to solve problems while handling multiple priorities
  • Ability to travel 10%



PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:



  • Recruitment in medical device manufacturing environment experience



OTHER REQUIREMENTS:



  • Ability to regularly walk, sit, or stand as needed
  • Ability to occasionally bend and push/pull as needed
  • Ability to pass pre-employment drug screen and background check
