What You'll Do As the frontline presence of our office, you'll play a vital role in shaping the patient experience from start to finish: * Serve as the primary point of contact for patients arriving onsite * Greet, guide, and support individuals of all backgrounds and abilities * Accurately screen, verify, and manage patient information using EMR systems (Epic) * Navigate internal systems with precision while maintaining strict privacy standards * Provide thoughtful, compassionate support throughout each patient's visit * Deliver consistent, highquality customer service in a busy clinical setting This is a fully onsite role, ideal for someone who enjoys being present, connected, and impactful every day. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $18.00 - $21.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
