* Global Digital Content Manager (AEM) ( Web Content Manager )*

The Global Digital Content Manager is responsible for overseeing digital content operations, governance, and optimization within a large-scale global organization. This role manages content updates within Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), ensures consistent application of global content standards, and supports regional and market-specific content needs across a complex matrix structure. The ideal candidate has hands-on AEM experience, strong digital content expertise, and the ability to evaluate content quality, engagement, and channel suitability. This person will collaborate closely with regional stakeholders, market teams, and an external agency responsible for content development. The role requires exceptional communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to drive alignment across multiple teams and time zones. *Key Responsibilities:* * Oversee content updates and publishing processes within Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) for a global content management system. * Ensure consistent implementation of standardized content across multiple regions and markets while supporting localized content variations. * Manage content workflows, ensuring timely updates, adherence to global guidelines, and proper quality checks. * Serve as the primary point of contact for content-related requests, questions, and updates. * Evaluate digital content for clarity, structure, accuracy, and engagement across web, mobile, YouTube, and other digital platforms. * Ensure all content meets brand standards, digital guidelines, accessibility requirements, and technical specifications. * Optimize content for search, discoverability, and AI-driven platforms. * Use analytics tools such as Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics to track content performance and provide data-driven recommendations. * Partner with regional and market stakeholders to support content needs, address challenges, and maintain global alignment. * Collaborate with an external agency to review and approve new content, assess design quality, and ensure accuracy before publication. * Work with marketing, product, legal, and other internal teams to validate content and support ongoing initiatives. * Navigate a large matrix organization to drive communication, alignment, and process adoption. * Maintain and update division websites, including uploading graphics, preparing documents, organizing pages, and troubleshooting content or technical issues. * Conduct user acceptance testing for new web functionality, document bugs, and work with technical teams on improvements. * Recommend enhancements that improve user experience, site performance, and content effectiveness. * Monitor content updates and report progress, risks, and insights to leadership and stakeholders. *Required Skills and Qualifications:* * Hands-on experience performing content updates and management within Adobe Experience Manager (AEM). * Familiarity with analytics platforms such as Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics. * Experience supporting global or multi-region content workflows in a matrixed organizational environment. * Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills. * Ability to evaluate digital content quality and ensure it is optimized for multiple digital channels. * Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage competing priorities under tight timelines. * Knowledge of digital content strategy, SEO best practices, and user experience fundamentals. * Experience in content marketing or product marketing is highly preferred. * Strong attention to detail and a clear "eye for content" with the ability to assess accuracy, engagement, design, and channel suitability. *Role Details:* * Reports to Global Digital Marketing leadership. * Six-month contract with potential for extension. * Supports global standardization and centralized management of digital content across markets and regions. *Job Type & Location* This is a Contract position based out of Alameda, CA. *Pay and Benefits*The pay range for this position is $60.00 - $65.00/hr.
