Description Job Summary: The Sales and Order Support Specialist is responsible for ensuring seamless order processing and customer support. This role acts as a key liaison between sales representatives and internal departments to ensure accurate order fulfillment, timely communication, and data-driven decision-making. Key Responsibilities: Order Management & Customer Support * Process and manage customer orders from receipt to fulfillment, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. * Communicate order status, lead times, and any potential delays internally * Address sales representative inquiries, resolve order-related issues, and escalate when necessary. Sales Support & Administration * Assist the sales team with quotations, contract review, and customer documentation. * Maintain customer records and update systems (SAP) with accurate order and contact information. * Prepare and distribute sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics. * Support pricing analysis and customer account management. Data Analysis & Reporting * Analyze order trends and sales performance * Identify opportunities to improve order processing efficiency, to automate reports and tasks * Generate reports on key sales and operational metrics for management review.
