*Description*
* Perform customer-focused tasks related to quoting, order entry and maintaining customer satisfaction * Quote and estimate customer-provided conceptual engineering prints * Assist with the proper evaluation and approval of design changes, specifications, and drawing releases; Interact with both customers and other departments within facility throughout the various stages of product development * Assist in customer follow-up and maintenance to insure customer satisfaction and service on existing accounts in a timely manner * Manage products and orders through the ERP system and communicate with other departments * Discuss multiple products and services in a high-paced environment * Assist customers with time-sensitive tasks and projects *Work Environment* 100% on site; Hours: 7-4 or 8-5 *Skills* Client relationship management, Account management *Qualifications* * *MUST BE ABLE TO READ A BLUEPRINT * * Bachelor's Degree in business or engineering preferred or equivalent experience * 2+ years of experience in sales, preferred * Experience in account management and customer service at a manufacturer * Related business experience in the semiconductor, military, aerospace, medical, and industrial markets *Job Type & Location* This is a Permanent position based out of Libertyville, IL. *Pay and Benefits*The pay range for this position is $66500.00 - $88000.00/yr. 10% quartly bonus for hitting sales goals *Workplace Type*This is a fully onsite position in Libertyville,IL. *Application Deadline*This position is anticipated to close on Apr 9, 2026. h4>About TEKsystems: We're partners in transformation.
