This role will be responsible for leading the transition of core HR processes, ensuring smooth adoption, and aligning the project with broader HR and compensation strategies. This program will also serve as a catalyst for harmonizing global structures, ensuring consistency and scalability for future HR initiatives. The project approach is evolving and may involve a phased rollout of Workday modules to maximize efficiency and minimize disruption. The Program Lead will oversee all phases of the initiative, from pre-implementation planning and stakeholder engagement to post-launch stabilization and potential future phases. 1. Hands-on experience with change management, ensuring smooth adoption of new systems and processes 6. 7. 7+ years of project or program management experience, with at least 3 years leading HR or HR technology initiatives. 7. *Description* We are seeking a dynamic Program Lead to drive successful integration, working closely with the Project Manager on the acquisition side. This role will be responsible for leading the transition of core HR processes, ensuring smooth adoption, and aligning the project with broader HR and compensation strategies. This program will also serve as a catalyst for harmonizing global structures, ensuring consistency and scalability for future HR initiatives. The project approach is evolving and may involve a phased rollout of Workday modules to maximize efficiency and minimize disruption. The Program Lead will oversee all phases of the initiative, from pre-implementation planning and stakeholder engagement to post-launch stabilization and potential future phases. *Co-Lead the pre-implementation phase, working closely with HR and business leaders to define the program scope, timelines, and dependencies. *Facilitate mapping of Dynacare systems and interdependencies with existing HRIS. *Facilitation mapping of parallel systems to identify additional opportunities. *Identification of adjunct system/process implications and requirements i.e. regulatory and quality standards. *Engage and align stakeholders across multiple regions, driving readiness and ensuring a seamless transition to Workday. *Ensure alignment with global COE strategies, leveraging the implementation to standardize and enhance core processes. *Oversee the end-to-end implementation, ensuring minimal disruption to employees while maintaining compliance and data integrity. *Drive post-implementation stabilization, resolving issues, optimizing system performance, and fostering strong user adoption. *Plan for potential future phases, including the expansion of Workday functionality and integration of additional modules. *Partner with change management resource to develop clear communication strategies and training programs for all impacted teams and broader stakeholders. *Provide executive-level updates, working closely with senior leadership, our parent company, and executive sponsors to manage expectations and strategic alignment. *Proven experience in program and project management, with a focus on HR technology implementations (Workday or comparable HCM) and deep expertise in HR systems migration *Strong understanding of global compensation / job architecture frameworks. *Experience with acquisition integrations and downstream impact touchpoints. *Experience leading phased system implementations, balancing technical execution with business needs. *Ability to influence and drive alignment across diverse stakeholders, including executives, HR COE teams, business leaders, technical teams, and vendor partners. *Hands-on experience with change management, ensuring smooth adoption of new systems and processes *Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Project Management, Information Systems, or related discipline. *7+ years of project or program management experience, with at least 3 years leading HR or HR technology initiatives. *Proven experience delivering medium-to-large-scale HR technology projects across one or more areas: Workday HCM, Talent, Payroll, Absence, Learning, Compensation, Time Tracking *Strong understanding of HR processes and employee lifecycle. *PMP, Agile/Scrum Master, Prosci, or similar certifications. *Planning and delivery (management of scope, schedule, budget, tenant strategy, risks, and change) of Workday projects *Experience managing vendor partners and SaaS solution providers. *Familiarity with enterprise HR architectures, integrations, and security frameworks. *Job Type & Location*This is a Contract position based out of Indianapolis, IN. *Pay and Benefits*The pay range for this position is $60.00 - $80.00/hr.
