Revenue Cycle Posting Specialist- Permanent position with exponential growth *Premier Surgical Coordination Center | Hybrid Schedule*

Join one of the *top surgical scheduling and coordination centers in the state*, supporting highvolume ambulatory surgery operations with accuracy, expertise, and impact. This *is not an entrylevel role*. We're seeking an experienced revenue cycle professional who enjoys working behind the scenes, keeping financial data clean, balanced, and moving smoothly through the revenue pipeline. Why This Role Is Different * Work with a *specialized, centralized surgery center operation* * Play a critical role in *charge and payment accuracy* * Collaborate with coding, billing, and AR teams without patient-facing stress * *Hybrid schedule* once training is complete * Stable, weekday schedule - *no weekends, no nights* Schedule * Full-time, *Monday-Friday (40 hours/week)* * Start times between *7:30am - 8:30am* * Hybrid after training (3 days in office / 2 remote) * Wednesdays are in-office for all What You'll Be Doing (High-Level) * Posting charges and payments with precision * Reconciling financial data and resolving discrepancies * Supporting clean claims and downstream billing efforts * Working within established revenue cycle systems and workflows What We're Looking For * *3+ years* experience in medical billing / revenue cycle * *Hands-on charge posting and payment posting experience REQUIRED* * Strong understanding of EOBs, ERAs, and payer processes * Someone detail-oriented, reliable, and confident in their work This role is ideal for someone who wants *stability, respect for their expertise, and a clear role in a high-performing healthcare operation*. *Details on systems, workflows, and growth opportunities will be shared during the initial phone conversation post application if your candidacy is relevant.* *Job Type & Location*This is a Permanent position based out of Avon, CT. *Pay and Benefits*The pay range for this position is $52000.00 - $60000.00/yr.
