Revenue Cycle Posting Specialist- Permanent position with exponential growth Premier Surgical Coordination Center \| Hybrid Schedule Looking for your next smart career move in healthcare revenue cycle? Join one of the top surgical scheduling and coordination centers in the state, supporting highvolume ambulatory surgery operations with accuracy, expertise, and impact. This is not an entrylevel role. We're seeking an experienced revenue cycle professional who enjoys working behind the scenes, keeping financial data clean, balanced, and moving smoothly through the revenue pipeline. Why This Role Is Different * Work with a specialized, centralized surgery center operation * Play a critical role in charge and payment accuracy * Collaborate with coding, billing, and AR teams without patient-facing stress * Hybrid schedule once training is complete * Stable, weekday schedule - no weekends, no nights Schedule * Full-time, Monday-Friday (40 hours/week) * Start times between 7:30am - 8:30am * Hybrid after training (3 days in office / 2 remote) * Wednesdays are in-office for all What You'll Be Doing (High-Level) * Posting charges and payments with precision * Reconciling financial data and resolving discrepancies * Supporting clean claims and downstream billing efforts * Working within established revenue cycle systems and workflows What We're Looking For * 3+ years experience in medical billing / revenue cycle * Hands-on charge posting and payment posting experience REQUIRED * Strong understanding of EOBs, ERAs, and payer processes * Someone detail-oriented, reliable, and confident in their work This role is ideal for someone who wants stability, respect for their expertise, and a clear role in a high-performing healthcare operation.
