Skills to Succeed Proficient with stainless steel TIG & MIG welding, and carbon steel MIG Ability to read blueprints Experience performing own set-ups Ability to weld materials ranging from 20 ga. sheet to a thick-walled tube. No pressure certification is required. Must be able to stand and occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.
