Floor-Ready Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required
• 4+ years of maintenance, mechanical, or related technical experience
• Strong troubleshooting skills in electrical, mechanical, and fluid power systems
• Basic computer skills and experience documenting work activities
• Ability to perform basic math calculations and interpret data
• Ability to read and understand safety rules, technical manuals, and procedures
• Experience operating forklifts; must pass background check and forklift certification test
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills
• Willingness to participate in a facility walk-through during the hiring process

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and push/pull similar weight when needed
• Frequent standing, walking, bending, and stooping during 8-10 hour shifts
• Ability to stand for extended periods on concrete surfaces
• Occasional ladder climbing required
• Ability to work in manufacturing conditions including dust, chemicals, fumes, and temperature fluctuations

On the Line

• Install, maintain, and repair production machinery and equipment
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and fluid power systems to identify root causes
• Perform preventative maintenance to reduce downtime and improve equipment reliability
• Disassemble, repair, and reassemble machinery as needed
• Safely operate forklifts, lifts, and other maintenance equipment
• Monitor equipment performance and document maintenance activities
• Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with safety standards
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members on equipment status and issues
• Support continuous improvement and reliability initiatives
• Work overtime as needed to support production demands
