Transformation Program Manager - AgentX

Adobe Inc.
United States, New York, New York
Mar 27, 2026

Role Overview

At Adobe, we believe transformation succeeds when ambition meets disciplined execution. AgentX is our executive-led, embedded transformation program designed to bridge strategy and operational reality for enterprise customers. We are seeking a Transformation Program Manager to help lead this unique initiative in collaboration with executive leadership - to drive the health, quality, and commercial impact of AgentX engagements.

This is an executive-facing individual contributor role embedded within the Strategic Partnership Program (SPP). The Transformation Program Manager owns progression governance, signal-based quality control, executive cadence integrity, and measurable pipeline growth across AgentX accounts. This role requires strong executive presence, high autonomy, and the ability to influence senior stakeholders without formal authority - and operates in close, structural partnership with the Orchestration & Journey Lead to ensure that creative and experience insights are continuously synthesized into the program's scaling and governance architecture.

What You'll Do

  • Own end-to-end AgentX program delivery across planning and progression governance, executive updates on execution, risks and value realization reporting.
  • Set program's goals for account pipeline growth, stages of achievement for velocity progression across accounts, and how success is measured with close rates and customer value realization.
  • Enforce qualification rigor using the SPP COE methodology and AgentX governance guardrails to protect transformation quality.
  • Lead executive cadence discipline, ensuring sponsor engagement, steering committee rhythm, and KPI alignment remain intact.
  • Translate observable engagement signals into proactive interventions, resets, or acceleration motions.
  • Partner with Sales Leadership, SPP Executives, Strategic Pursuit Leads, Account Executives, and the broader Adobe ecosystem to drive progression and remove barriers.
  • Partner with the Orchestration & Journey Lead to synthesize creative performance signals, experience execution learnings, and LLM/programmatic scaling insights into governance standards and account progression frameworks - ensuring that what is learned inside engagements compounds across the program's portfolio
  • Protect early value delivery (0-90 days), ensuring KPI baselines, measurable outcomes, and customer credibility are established early
  • Identify scale-readiness and expansion signals across accounts; guide deliberate and disciplined expansion.
  • Own value documentation and reference readiness processes to strengthen expansion and renewal leverage.
  • Present progression insights, account health updates, and insight-to-action loop performance to senior leadership with clarity and confidence - demonstrating not just commercial outcomes but the program's growing intelligence and scaling capability.
  • Manage programs KPI standardization across portfolio of accounts, program performance reporting routines and translation of account initiatives into executive status updates tied to value measurement.

How You'll Be Measured

  • Operational framework adoption and governance across all AgentX accounts
  • Pipeline growth across AgentX accounts
  • Progression velocity from qualification through close
  • Time-to-value during activation (0-90 days)
  • Close rate improvement and reduction in stalled engagements
  • Governance adherence, executive cadence integrity and stakeholder satisfaction
  • Insight operationalization velocity: the speed at which creative performance signals and experience learnings synthesized by the Journey Lead are embedded into governance standards, progression frameworks, and cross-account playbooks.
  • Program scaling maturity: demonstrable evidence that LLM and programmatic scaling frameworks are being governed, stress-tested, and improved across the account portfolio - not siloed to individual engagements.

What You'll Need to Succeed

  • Executive presence and confidence presenting to VP+ stakeholders to share updates, align expectations and calibrate strategy.
  • Highly self-organized, autonomous, and capable of driving operational excellence with minimal oversight. Comfortable communicating asynchronously across time zones.
  • Functional fluency in AI-driven GTM models, including LLM-based personalization, programmatic content scaling, and agentic experience architecture - sufficient to govern against these frameworks, recognize execution drift, and hold the program accountable to its scaling intent. Building the models is the Journey Lead's domain; governing them is yours.
  • Strong communicationskills and emotional intelligence with a demonstrated track-record of building high-trust relationships to drive business outcomesanda high levelof comfort with holding teams accountable.
  • Spirit of collaboration and respect, with a continuous improvement mindset and an appreciation for constructive coaching.
  • Proven experience in enterprise sales strategy, progression governance, or transformational program leadership - including KPIs focused on pipeline growth and deal progression.
  • Experience driving cross-functional alignment across Sales, Strategy, Consulting, and Operations - bringing clarity in ambiguous environments.
  • Demonstrated experience operating within structured pod-based delivery models - specifically, the ability to work in close, peer-level partnership with a synthesis/intelligence lead, take in complex insight outputs, and translate them into operational standards without bottlenecking or duplicating the insight function. Experience supporting or managing global accounts, with demonstrated ability to operate effectively across regions, cultures, and time zones.
  • Familiarity with success measurement for data-driven performance marketing and martech innovation programs.
  • Understanding of the implementation stages of technology transformation with associated change management phases.

Leadership Profile

This role requires a disciplined operator who balances strategic thinking with execution rigor. The ideal candidate thrives in high-visibility environments, handles evolving dynamics with composure, and brings structure to complex transformation programs. You are comfortable making decisions, enforcing standards, and protecting quality while maintaining strong collaborative relationships.

As this role operates at Global scope, the ideal candidate brings cross-regional experience and the cultural fluency to drive consistent program outcomes across diverse enterprise environments. Equally important is the ability to lead within a structured partnership - to receive synthesized intelligence from the Orchestration & Journey Lead and turn it into governance, standards, and commercial momentum at scale. The best candidates will see this partnership not as a constraint but as their greatest force multiplier: the Journey Lead generates the insight; the PM makes it count.
