Security Officer Access Specialist

As a Security Officer Access Specialist in GONZALES, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Food/Beverage, and more. Join Allied Universal at a dynamic food and beverage location where you will help manage access control, monitor entry activity, and conduct routine patrols while remaining visible to help discourage security-related incidents. What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to all visitors, vendors, and employees by carrying out site-specific access control procedures, credential checks, and other security-related policies at the location.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify identification and/or visitor documentation, and help to deter unauthorized access to production, warehouse, and administrative areas.
• Respond to incidents, alarm activity, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns through proper reporting channels when appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around access points, loading areas, and the perimeter, noting unusual activity and reporting maintenance and/or security-related concerns.

Minimum Requirements:

• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
