We're seeking a Finance Business Systems Analyst with strong SAP experience to support high?quality Finance and Supply Chain system releases. This role is embedded within Agile delivery teams and focuses on transforming completed user stories into clear, executable test scenarios that enable confident deployments. Key Responsibilities Translate Agile user stories and acceptance criteria into structured, testable scenarios Create automation?ready test assets and support expansion of regression coverage Execute and maintain manual testing for high?risk or non?automated scenarios Validate end?to?end SAP finance processes, integrations, and system behavior Partner closely with Scrum Teams, Functional Analysts, and Test Automation Engineers Support defect validation by confirming expected vs. actual system outcomes What You Bring Hands?on SAP experience in a functional or testing capacity Strong knowledge of finance domains (Accounting, FP&A, Reporting, Supply Chain, Revenue, COGS, Inventory, Costing) Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments Prior involvement in an ERP implementation or transformation Detail?oriented mindset with a focus on quality, clarity, and consistency Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco/Highspring depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to the individual's skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, office location and other geographic considerations, as well as other business and organizational needs.
