Customer Service Representative - Inbound Call Center *FastPaced | CustomerFocused | Automotive Support*
*Are you customerdriven, confident on the phone, and comfortable juggling multiple screens at once? We're looking for experienced Customer Service Representatives* to join a highenergy inbound call center team supporting automotive customers nationwide. If you thrive in a structured, fastmoving environment and enjoy helping customers find answers quickly, this role is for you. What You'll Do * Handle *30-40 inbound calls per shift*, delivering prompt, professional customer service * Schedule customer appointments for *airbag recalls* and provide dealership information * Respond to questions related to *recalls, warranties, and radio or system troubleshooting* * *Capture customer concerns accurately and document calls to create and manage cases* * *Provide clear, accurate information and resolve cases or route to the appropriate department* * *Work collaboratively with the team while also managing responsibilities independently* * *Navigate multiple screens, systems, and software tools simultaneously* * *Consistently meet or exceed performance goals, including handle time, customer satisfaction, and resolution metrics* Schedule & Availability * *Monday-Friday availability required* * *Must be flexible between 6:00 AM - 5:00 PM* (varied agent schedules within this window) What We're Looking For * Prior *call center or customer service experience* * *Strong computer skills with the ability to navigate multiple systems at once* * *Minimum 35 WPM typing speed* * *Great communication skills with strong attention to detail* * *Able to work independently while contributing positively to a team environment* * *Confident decisionmaker who can manage tasks with minimal supervision* Nice to Have (Not Required) * Automotive or dealership experience * College degree (equivalent work experience welcomed) Why You'll Like This Role * Structured schedules and clear performance expectations * Supportive team environment with opportunity for feedback and growth * Highvolume experience that strengthens customer service and technical skills * A role where accuracy, efficiency, and professionalism are truly valued *Experience Level:* Expert *Key Skills:* Call Center | Customer Service | Computer Navigation | Inbound/Outbound Support *Job Type & Location*This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Chino, CA. *Pay and Benefits*The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
